Information sheet - complete and submit with your application

When you have completed the form, either submit it directly by e-mail or by post. If you wish to send your application and attachments by e-mail, on clicking 'Next', you will be asked to upload your attachment(s), or if you have opted to send your application by post, it will print out:

• Write an application in Word
• Select the application group
• Complete the information sheet
• Upload your application and attachments
• Send to the Lauritzen Fonden

Note that in Step 4, you can print the information sheet
